If TORTIS isn't for you, we'll make it right.

Unopened pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
Opened pouches
For food-safety reasons we can't resell opened pouches, but if something arrived damaged or tastes wrong, tell us and we'll replace or refund it.
Order cancellations
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships.
